Associate Veterinarian, DVM
Dr. Nicole Beaudet is a Southern California native who joined our team in October 2008. Dr. Beaudet graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA in 2007.
Dr. Beaudet completed her undergraduate degree in Zoology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. During college she was involved in the natural history and wildlife clubs. She also worked as a veterinary technician for several local veterinarians and volunteered at a horse stable involved in programs working with special needs children. During her veterinary education at WesternU, Dr. Beaudet traveled across the globe to learn veterinary medicine, including spending five weeks in South Africa studying wildlife medicine, and Costa Rica studying ornithology as well as researching frogs.
Dr. Beaudet’s professional interests include animal behavior, internal medicine, avian medicine, reptile medicine, and wildlife rehabilitation. Dr. Beaudet lives with a rambunctious boxer named Truckee, an 80 pound Sulcata tortoise, a bearded dragon, a corn snake, a frog, several fish, two hermit crabs, and her aviary with fourteen finches. Dr. Beaudet loves the daily challenges of practicing veterinary medicine and looks forward to working with you and your pets!
